- Be reliable and punctual. Our volunteers should be reliable and punctual, showing up on time and following through on their commitments.
- Have respect for diversity. We value diversity and inclusivity in our ministry, and our volunteers should be respectful of people from all backgrounds and cultures.
- Be willing to learn. Our volunteers should be open to learning and growing in their own faith and understanding of ministry.
- Be willing to receive training and feedback, and to adapt to new situations and challenges as they arise.
